CHARACTER DAY. 8 Oct 2011 @ CCCS - I need to know who NEEDS a ride, if your parent can bring you please do that. Details will come via email but this will be an all day event.
AIR SHOW. 29 Oct 2011 - we will go but times and specifics have not been established. I will send an email out. You must respond so I know if I need another van
ACADEMY /CTEP 11-13 Nov 2011 everybody needs to go to this. It is a weekend trip and if you plan to progress in CAP this is mandatory.

ORIENTATION - We will be scheduling a Saturday Orientation Day Soon. All new cadets must attend one, all others asked to attend.
IMPORTANT STUFF TO KNOW
Cadet Phone List -There is a current Cadet Phone list being sent out via email. The source of these numbers was either, my phone or eServices. If it is wrong, first check eServices and fix it there. THEN call me from the correct phone and tell me to update your information.
Emails - I am still not getting responses from a number of cadets. If you do not have regular / daily access to the email address that is listed next to your name in eServices, go into eService and fix it. If you can't access the Internet, it is YOUR responsibility to work it out with someone who has access to keep up with what you need to respond to.
eServices - You should be logging into eServices at least once per week. NO ONE should show up as "INCOMPLETE" for safety because when your safety is about to expire, there is a notice immediately when you log in. DO THE ONLINE SAFETY if you are getting close.
Cadet of the Quarter - We have not forgotten this. Some things that will be considered (and you will get a list.) - Attendance at Meetings - Attendance at Other Activities - Are you testing at least 1 x per month (average) - Did you promote this quarter? - Do you wear your uniform and wear it properly/meet grooming standards - Do you take initiative to do things - Are you a humble learner or do you think you know it all. - Did not allow Safety to Laps or have to be reminded - Do you call IN ADVANCE when you can not attend a meeting
Academic Award - If you have a 3.5GPA or better, as soon as you get your report card (not the interim,) please make a copy and give it to Major Moeller for your files (scanned pdf works) - Special Shoulder Cord will be worn on Blues
Sign In - From now on, cadets will sign in upon arrival - this will be kept separate from the sign-in for meetings, The first cadet to arrive will get the binder out and put it on the desk in the lobby for sign-in. When a cadet calls in, the Staff will indicate reason cadet is out (use discretion)
