A Message from NCO Course Director

{NOTE: If you have questions about attending, please contact C/SMSgt Gaudin.}

Good Afternoon cadets,

Some of you may not of met me yet, I am C/Maj Christian Tilles.

Rapidly approaching is the 2012 LAWG Academy being held April 20-22 in Lafayette. There are two main courses for cadets, the Airman Leadership School  (ALS) and the Non-Commissioned Officer School (NCOS). Both courses are designed to teach you how to be a better cadet, not to mention a good time and another chance to see some of your friends from around the wing. If you're already planning on going, GREAT! Talk to some of your friends, get them to come. The more people the better and ANYONE can go. If you're a C/AB - C/A1C you can go to ALS, and C/SrA - C/CMSgt can go to NCOS.

Have you been to ALS or NCOS before? That's fine. This year, NCOS has a totally redesigned curriculum written by some of the BEST cadet officers in the NATION, it's going to be a whole NEW program!

"How do I apply?" All you have to do is fill out a Form 31 (F31) (found here - http://www.capmembers.com/forms_publications__regulations/forms/) and then email that form to Major Scalia (LADCP16@gmail.com

"Well, how much does it cost?" It's FREE! All you need to bring is money for food.

"How will I get there?" Check with your squadron leadership, they might be sending a van, if not, I GAR-AN-TE they know someone who is.

This Academy is going to be one of the best yet for cadets, don't miss out on an AMAZING opportunity to meet and learn with cadet from all across the wing.

Respectfully,

--
